At Z-Store.pk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags and labels intact.

• Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Personalized/custom-made jewelry.

• Earrings (unless defective).

• Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional events.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email contact@z-store.pk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Securely package the product and send it to our address (provided upon approval). We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us at Contact@z-store.pk to confirm stock.

• If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.

• Provide photos/videos of the issue for verification.

• We will offer a free replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
