Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange only if they meet the criteria below:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Make-to-Order Products

  • Custom/pre-order items require 2–3 weeks for creation. Full payment is required in advance.

  • Track your order status via email or z-store.pk after dispatch.

International Orders

  • Delivery takes 2–3 weeks minimum. A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the description on z-store.pk, we will replace it free of charge.

 

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges for size/design changes (e.g., bangles) incur a delivery charge of Rs 350/-.

  • Review the product details, size guide, and images carefully on z-store.pk before ordering.

 

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. No changes permitted afterward.

  • Once payment is confirmed, customers must accept the delivery.

 

Incomplete Addresses

  • Provide a complete address (house/block/street number or landmark) for doorstep delivery.

  • Orders with incomplete/incorrect addresses will be canceled. Update your details via z-store.pk if needed.

 

No Refund/Return Policy

  • Strictly no refunds or returns. Verify product details on z-store.pk before purchasing.

  • Sale/clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
